As you are all aware we are using a booking system to ensure that none of the sessions is oversubscribed, we are allowed a maximum of 36 swimmers in the pool at any individual session. Prior to the start of each session the booking system is checked and those swimmers that have made their booking online are allocated a coloured 'spot' and a lane to swim in. With this in mind we are requesting that if you have made a booking but then subsequently decide not to swim could you please return to the booking form and remove yourself from the session. Unless you receive correspondence to the contrary you can assume that you are able to swim all of the sessions you have requested. If the situation changes you will be contacted by the club. Our First Zoom Q&A! http://www.fromeswimming.co.uk/news/our-first-zoom-q-a/66803 Frome Swimming Club Fri, 09 Oct 2020 00:00:00 GMT Liz, our Welfare officer, very kindly organised a Q&A session so that our parents could put forward any of their questions, ideas or concerns. In these strange times , and in true Covid era, 21st Century Hi-Tech fashion, this meeting was held via Zoom!! This was a well received forum with parents from both Squad swimmers and also those in Stages attending. We are hoping to organise these on a more regular basis if parents think they will be a useful channel for communication. For those of you that couldn't make the event there is a summary posted here to give you a flavour of the discussion and hopefully encourage you to join in the next one.
