Instructions for booking in, or out, of training sessions

If you book into a session but then find you can no longer attend, please return to the booking form, and remove yourself (by removing the tick next to the relevant date).

To access the booking form you need to log into Swim Club Manager using your log in details. These steps will not work in the SCM Phone App, if you are using your phone please use the browser and log in to main Swim Club Manager site using the page you see here.

This will take you to the dashboard, select the events tile.

Click on the tile and then select the booking form.

 

You should now see a form like this one. You will be able to see the dates you are booked into and any that are available for booking. You can add and delete these dates by adding or removing the ticks. If a session is FULL it is unavailable for booking and you will not be able to book into it. You can however remove yourself from the FULL session.

When you add any dates to the booking form please make sure that you scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the 'Make Selection' button so that your new selections are recorded.
